Birmingham Small Arms designed the three wheeler to compete with Morgan and, in fact, oversold Morgan from 1930 to 1935.

The chain driving the rear wheel on the Morgan was replaced by front wheel drive.  The engine was designed by Hotchkiss in 1919.  Technology is coming from aero engines: V2, air cooled, overhead valves.

This automobile is now on display at the Tampa Bay Automobile Museum.
